Biotechnology is a form of technology that has been enabled through the increase in technology and sciences. Biotechnology can be broad, from genetically modifying foods to kids to so much more. All of these examples lead to the idea of modernism in our current day in age and the progression of technology. All sorts of technology relates to the main idea of art, showing the beauty of the world and the progression our country has made.

Genetic modifications can be made as a form of improvement, fixing the flaws and making changes to better an outcome. This relates to photography and editing for me, given the ability to make improvements and allows for more of a "perfect" images. The art in genetic modification through biotechnology is the ability to make the beauty of the world more present and the ability to make changes to add to a idealistic society. The art in Biotechnology comes out through the advancement that society makes.

The ability to make changes shows what art is, hanging and altering to make an image that people would enjoy. Genetic modifications can be through foods, plants, and now in babies. The first baby was born that was genetically modified, showing that advancement is still occurring in our day in age. To me, genetic modification can be related to the changes people make in their daily lives. When people make change, modification occurs, relating to the more scientific changes in biotechnology. Everything in this world can be perceived as an art, and a relation to photography and editing comparative to biotechnology demonstrates that art to me.
